Recommendations if you use AOL to connect to the Internet

Because of some AOL browser issues, it is suggested that you do not use the AOL browser window to access Blackboard. The following steps are recommended:

1. Connect to AOL.
2. Minimize the AOL window.
3. Start Internet Explorer or Netscape.
4. Go to the address: http://online.nyit.edu.
5. Login as usual.
