NYIT's College of Arts and Sciences offers undergraduate and graduate programs in the arts and humanities that integrate technology, creativity and solutions-based learning into every course. General Education

The College of Arts and Sciences is responsible for offering the college's core curriculum, which is an integral part of every undergraduate major. The core curriculum is designed to provide all students with the key skills needed for job success – communication competence, reasoning skills and technological literacy. The core also provides students with the knowledge needed to be responsible citizens by including a broad perspective of history, science, philosophy and insights into human behavior.
