NYIT Falls To Lock Haven IN Carol Eckman Classic Opener
Lock Haven, PA: The Lady Eagles (1-0) cruised to a 67-44 win over New York Institute of Technology (0-1) in the first round of the Carol Eckman Classic being held in LHU's Thomas Fieldhouse this weekend.  A total of 10 Lady Eagles got in on the scoring paced by Amy Daniels (Elizabethville/Upper Dauphin) and Cyndi Crowl (Stroudsburg/Stroudsburg) with double-figure scoring.  Daniels posted a game-high 15 points along with seven boards, while Crowl had 14 points and five assists. Georgia Gordon recorded her first double-double of the season, scoring 13 points while grabbing 16 rebounds. Tymesia James added 10 points in the loss.
