Researching Employers

As job hunting procedures have changed, so have employer expectations about your knowledge of their organization. If you do not want to be screened out during the interviewing process, do not head to an interview without researching the employer and the position first.

In addition, before accepting a job offer, you should thoroughly review information about the employer.

This section will help you to prepare to answer the interview question, “What have you learned about our organization?” It will also help you to ask questions and to speak intelligently about the employer.
