The application deadline is June
1. All applicants to the MS in School Counseling Program
must submit an application to NYIT Graduate Admissions.
Applicants may apply
on-line or submit a hardcopy. The Graduate
Admissions Office will work with you throughout
the application process to ensure the timely processing
and review of your application. The following items
must be included with your NYIT application:
- Completed
NYIT Graduate Application
- $50 Application Fee - waived for NYIT Alumni
- All Official Undergraduate Transcripts w/Proof of
Bachelor’s Degree
- All Official Graduate Transcripts w/Proof of Master’s
Degree
Please Note: Official Transcripts
from all institutions attended must
be sent in the original sealed envelopes.
Transcripts and paper applications should be mailed

In addition to the items above, School
Counseling Candidates must submit a portfolio
that will contain the items listed below. Please download
the Graduate
Application Checklist form as it contains the required
forms and information to guide you through the application
process.
Please Note: Failure to return the
application materials to the appropriate office will
cause delays in the processing of your application.
Remember, your application will not be reviewed until
your file contains all the required materials.
