Career Summary:

Since earning her MFA from the Yale University School of Art in Painting and Printmaking, Deborah has worked in a variety of art fields including fine arts printing, set and mural painting, monumental commercial sculpture and computer graphics. She been a consultant to David Salle, Sol Lewitt and Alex Katz in the execution of their artworks. She has worked with the Manhattan Theatre Club and the Joseph Papp Public Theater to design and paint stage sets. Her commercial endeavors have included work on promotional material for The Lord of the Rings, Hasbro Toys and the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center.

In addition to teaching, Deborah is committed to her own artwork, painting, printmaking and drawing. Her work combines the concerns of figure and still life. Most recently she has been doing digital drawings, which marry her interests in fine art, digital art and printmaking.
