Career Summary:

Eric earned a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University through the Communication Arts program in 1996.  In 2001 he attended a three week summer program through the Illustration Academy covered by Mark and John English, Gary Kelly, and Sterling Hundley to name a few.  He has worked on a variety of freelance projects including poster design, cd covers, book design, websites and editorial illustration.  Prior to moving to New York for his MFA through the School of Visual Art, he taught foundational drawing, digital photography, intro to illustration and computer art at Virginia Commonwealth University over the course of five years.  He has won awards thought the Illustrators club of Maryland D.C. Virginia, Adobe, and SVA.  His art has been exhibited in a variety of place in the Richmond and New York area.  He currently freelances in a studio shared with three classmates.
