Prejudice
Reduction Center
This collection is a collaborative effort of NYIT and the American Jewish
Congress. The materials collected include books, videos, pamphlets, and
periodicals focusing on the causes, nature, and effects of prejudice and
how it may be lessened and replaced by understanding and tolerance. Although
the collection is intended primarily for onsite use, members of the education,
social work, and law enforcement communities may sign out items for limited
periods. Part of this collection is kept in the reference room. Other
materials are on reserve behind the circulation desk.
