Business is globalizing at a rapid rate. In the process New York City and Shanghai have emerged as major centers of international business in today's global market place. Students can capitalize on the trend by participating in this program - living, studying, networking, and obtaining a management education in these two great cities.

New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), a leader in 21^st-century global education, is now offering a double degree program in management in conjunction with Shanghai, China–based Tongji University’s distinguished School of Economics and Management (SEM).

This is a two year elite program. The first year of the program is conducted at NYIT’s Manhattan campus, while the second year takes place at Tongji University’s campus in Shanghai. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will earn either a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) or Master of Science (M.S.) in human resources management and labor relations from NYIT as well as a Master of Enterprise Management from Tongji University.

TONGJI IN SHANGHAI

Tongji University was established in 1907. It has long held a distinguished reputation as one of China’s most prestigious universities. The Tongji School of Economics and Management (SEM), one of China’s leading business schools, was also among the country’s first to offer a management program; its international M.B.A. program today is ranked No. 2 in the country.

Its campuses are located in Shanghai, a former industrial city that has been transformed into a modern center of global business, especially for finance and commerce.
