As an American Culinary Federation certified executive chef and certified Culinary educator, Chef Bruce has over 25 years experience in fine dining establishments throughout the northeast. For the past 10 years, he has nurtured our future food service professionals in the kitchens and classrooms of NYIT's Culinary Arts Center in both theory and practical application. Chef Bruce has provided recipe and product development, food styling, and developmental staff training services for many of the region's top healthcare, healthcare product, and food service delivery companies such as Squibb Pharmaceuticals, Hi-tech Pharmacal Health Care Products Co., Brentwood and Deer Park School Districts , and North Shore University Hospital / L.I.J. Healthcare systems. |
