Technology is constantly growing and changing. It has become an investigative tool for learning, which translates into academic achievement. Critical thinking skills are necessary for students to learn mathematics. Technology is the perfect complement to assist students in formulating critical thinking, skills. It opens a whole new world of possibilities for students as well as teachers. As the role of the teacher, I am no longer the focal point of each lesson. After introducing the information, I am on the periphery waiting to assist any student who requires so. In this type of environment, students formulate their own constructs according to their learning style. I find this all very exhilarating, for as teachers, we are on the cusp of developing new and innovative techniques for presenting the material.
