Case 3.1<br> An adult female with no history of previous illness was seen by her physician for what she described as a "dry non-productive cough of gradual onset." Other non specific symptoms included headache, fatigue, sore throat and fever with chills. Physical examination was incolclusive with only few rales heard on asucultation of the lungs. The possibilityof an atypical pneumonia was being considered.
