Pulmonary Pathology: Case Study 3.2<br>A 30 year old African American woman has been complaining for some time of fatigue, malaise, and shortness of breath with moderate exercise. She also has been running low grade fever and noticed some weight loss. Lately she started having pain in her joints. That was when she decided to see a physician.
