Pulmonary Pathology: Case 4.1<br>A 38 year old woman with no history of cigarette smoking was seen by a physician for unexplained weight loss over the past few months. Physical examination was not very helpful, however the chest X-ray showed a mall opake lision at the periphery of the right lung. One diagnosis being considered was the possibility of a bronchogenic carcinoma.
