Summer Housing

The Office of Housing and Residential Life offers single and double occupancy residential accommodations for the summer season. Summer Housing is available to both NYIT and non-NYIT students. Proof of summer class registration or internship in Manhattan must be provided. Students will reside in the Riverside Terrace located at 350 West 88th Street in Manhattan. In order to reserve a space, students must submit the summer housing application with a nonrefundable deposit of $275. Students are charged a monthly rate, additional days are charged at the daily rate.

2008 Summer Housing Rates

Single Room - $1,888 per month, per student
Large Double Room - $1,647 per month, per student
Standard Double Room - $1,412 per month, per student
