What To Bring

You know better than anyone else what “stuff” you’ll need in your room to make the most of your residential experience. But most students find that certain items are helpful - if not essential. We suggest you discuss with your roommate(s) before you arrive so you don’t duplicate those that you could share.

• laptop computer
• miniature stereo
• small television
• telephone w/ answering machine
• sheets, blankets and pillows
• personal grooming and toiletry items
• shower bucket/carrier
• surge protector
• posters, decorations, fun-tak (no nails)
• desk lamp

after settling in you’ll probably find that there are additional items you’ll want. There are plenty of shopping facilities nearby where you’ll be able to purchase them.

Please Note: no hot plates, electrical stove units or open heating element appliances are permitted in any residence hall. Pets and candles are also not permitted.
