What do I do if my phone doesn't work?

What do I do if my meal card doesn't work?

If it is a SUNY issue, go to the main cafeteria. They will be able to help you. If it is an NYIT issue, contact NYIT's Office of the Bursar.

How do I order a micro-fridge? What do I do if I'm having a problem with the one I have?

What if my satellite isn't working?

Call the Office of Residential Life at 516.686.1402 or from your room x3918.

What if the wireless Internet isn’t working?

Please call the NYIT Help Desk at 516.686.7570. During the first week of classes, the Academic Computing Center will post hours when residential students may have their laptops set up for the wireless system.

What if I need toilet paper or light bulbs?

Come to the Office of Residential Life in Bolivar Hall during the day to pick some up. You may also be able to get toilet paper in the RA offices in Roosevelt and King halls.

If I have any other problem?

Talk to your resident assistant; they live in your building and are on duty in the RA offices from 8 p.m. to midnight every night.
