Dr. Stephen W. Hartman

Dr. Stephen Hartman is a Professor in the School of Management at the New York Institute of Technology.  He has been with NYIT since 1977.  Dr. Hartman earned his B.A. degree from Hofstra University, his M.P.A. from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and his Ph.D. from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.

Dr. Hartman teaches management including management information systems. In addition to co-authoring or contributing to sixteen books, he has written  a Harvard Case Study, numerous articles, and participated in several research grants including most recently an NSF grant at NYIT.   Dr. Hartman has extensive experience acting as a consultant to business, education, government, and the military.
